Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the team’s daily and monthly processes, including production and reporting of daily P&L to front office and senior management.
  • •Reconcile actual P&L with trader estimates and provide flash/actual variance analysis.
  • •Perform front-to-back analysis and reconciliations of front office P&L and balance sheet to firm sub-ledgers.
  • •Execute month-end close activities, including financial disclosures and accounting classification entries, ensuring variances are within thresholds.
  • •Drive control remediation, governance support, operational error reporting, and coordinate UAT/testing for systems releases and implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years in finance/product control, valuation control, or market risk, especially delta-one/equity swaps experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Equity EES and delta, including associated risks and payoffs.
  • •Demonstrated people management and leadership ability.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and deliver projects to a high standard.
  • •Strong communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence a range of stakeholders.
