Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate annual insurance and benefit renewals across the organization’s countries and regions.
  • •Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and benefit providers to deliver high-quality benefits.
  • •Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to support effective global benefits management and delivery.
  • •Develop and deliver the global benefits strategy and policies, and identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
  • •Lead benefits-related technology and transformation initiatives, including implementing benefit platforms and digital tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience supporting management of employee benefits programmes, ideally in a multinational or complex organization.
  • •Strong knowledge of UK benefits, pensions, tax, and regulatory requirements, including payrolling of benefits and salary sacrifice.
  • •Experience managing benefit renewals and working with brokers, insurers, and benefit providers.
  • •Experience implementing and improving benefits technology, processes, and communications.
  • •Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail and commitment to compliance and governance.
