Design, develop, and implement people-system solutions within Anduril’s CorpOS to automate key business functions. Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization
•Collaborate with business partners across People, Finance, and Legal to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions, with the result being automation of key business functions
•Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make improvements
•Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
•Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company's infrastructure
•Work with internal software development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy
•Provide guidance and support to the stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000

Key Requirements

•4+ years of designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
•Experience as a sole administrator (limited reliance on external resources to execute on projects)
•Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
