Key Responsibilities

  • •Support origination, development, and launch of new carry/incentive plans and related compensation projects.
  • •Maintain full accounting records in Investran and perform analytical reviews with monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • •Prepare capital calls and distributions for co-invest and carried interest entities.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., AGM, tax, compliance, analytics, compensation) for reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors on statutory fund audits and work with Employee Investor Services for onboarding carry plans and co-invest opportunities.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience with a mix of public accounting and private accounting preferred.
  • •Undergraduate accounting degree with exceptional academic credentials.
  • •Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
  • •Highly skilled with Excel and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Experience with Investran and Salesforce is a plus.
