Job Summary

Provide solution engineering guidance for Global Business Services (GBS) Information Systems and Technology by analyzing processes and applying architecture, configuration, and system development. Act as a subject matter expert across solution development domains, compile and analyze data for management reporting, and advise managers and vendors to ensure successful delivery of operational systems and services. •Act as a subject matter expert for solution development domains across Rio Tinto and within IS&T.
•Compile and analyze data for management reporting and performance metrics.
•Provide guidance and advice to managers and staff on developing solutions to complex problems.
•Provide guidance to vendors and collaborate with support teams to ensure successful delivery of operational systems and services.
•Ensure all processes and standards are followed in day-to-day solution development service delivery.

Key Requirements

•Experience in solution development through process analysis, architecture, configuration, and/or system development within an IT infrastructure domain.
•Experience engineering generative AI tooling and supporting the ML/AI lifecycle.
•Experience designing data integration models/patterns such as ETL, CDC, streaming, APIs, and pub/sub.
•Proven ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
•Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
