  • •Define and lead the Central Europe SMB solutions strategy across Joint Venture partnerships and develop a 3–5 year product vision for sustainable regional growth.

  • •Own the product roadmap and prioritisation process, balancing objectives, commercial impact, customer value, technology capacity, and partner-specific requirements.
  • •Build alignment across product, technology, commercial, and executive stakeholders by managing dependencies and resolving competing priorities in a matrix environment.
  • •Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact by linking delivery outcomes to revenue growth, market expansion, customer success, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of product leadership experience delivering end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management in payments/fintech/banking/software platforms or similarly complex industries.
  • •Experience leading through influence in complex, matrixed, multi-entity environments, aligning product, technology, commercial, and executive stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • •Extensive experience in product governance, roadmap prioritization, and portfolio management, including balancing strategic objectives and investment trade-offs across markets/partners.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and partnership leadership, including building business cases and connecting product investments to revenue outcomes and portfolio performance.
