Head of Platform Engineering

Lead the Platform Engineering organization for an AI platform serving audit and advisory firms. Own deployable infrastructure across SaaS regions, federal and private deployments, and multi-cloud expansion, and build the operating model for service ownership, production readiness, and cross-pillar architecture. Establish reliability practices (SLOs, runbooks, incident review) and develop an internal agentic engineering platform, partnering across product, security, finance, sales, and customer success.
