Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for.Databricks solutions within the project team and ensure successful delivery to clients
•Serve as the Databricks technical reference within the squad and guide developers in their implementations
•Coach and mentor Data Engineers to build robust, scalable data pipelines
•Ensure data pipelines are of high quality, performant, and maintainable through best practices, reviews, and standards
•Participate in code reviews and contribute to key architectural decisions and technical framing

Key Requirements

•Solid experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, workflows)
•Excellent Python and SQL skills
•Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
•Strong DataOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, tests, monitoring)
•Knowledge of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, data products) and leadership experience as a technical lead
