Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for.Databricks solutions within the project team and ensure successful delivery to clients
  • •Serve as the Databricks technical reference within the squad and guide developers in their implementations
  • •Coach and mentor Data Engineers to build robust, scalable data pipelines
  • •Ensure data pipelines are of high quality, performant, and maintainable through best practices, reviews, and standards
  • •Participate in code reviews and contribute to key architectural decisions and technical framing

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, workflows)
  • •Excellent Python and SQL skills
  • •Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
  • •Strong DataOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, tests, monitoring)
  • •Knowledge of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, data products) and leadership experience as a technical lead
