Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide the daily operations of the store and activities of hourly associates to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.
  • •Provide positive reinforcement to staff to maintain momentum and achieve optimal results.
  • •Conduct one-on-one and small group training presentations for Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, and policies.
  • •Assist with staffing and labor cost control standards and maintain staffing levels.
  • •Direct merchandising displays and ensure product flow from stockroom to floor to promote sales and attract customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Three to six months retail experience preferred.
  • •Ability to lead and train Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, policies and procedures.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and a point of sale system.
