Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's) and document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers to ensure effective service.
  • •Support mobile service team needs as required and help teach learned technical skills/knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.

  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 Certification and a valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
