Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and the production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting of infrared systems.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system-level checkouts and acceptance testing to component-level in-process validation.
  • •Create test work instructions for technicians in MES, train technicians on equipment use, and maintain a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides/diagrams.
  • •Develop and maintain software for test automation, data analytics, and report generation; analyze test data and produce detailed reports.
  • •Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions; collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on returns and failure analysis, and provide early-stage feedback for test processes (NPI).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, and other programming languages.
