Job Summary

Lead and coordinate transmission projects from bidding to completion, driving planning, budget control, and progress across multi-disciplinary teams. Act as a key interface with clients and internal colleagues, ensuring high technical quality for overhead line projects (130–400 kV) while balancing cost, schedule, and risk in a flexible Sweden-wide environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, monitor, and steer projects including budgeting and schedule management.
•Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to deliver transmission projects.
•Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
•Provide end-to-end project leadership from bidding through project completion.
•Identify and mitigate risks to delivery, safety, and quality.

Key Requirements

•Academic education, preferably a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
•Experience leading or coordinating infrastructure projects (project management, project leadership, or similar)
•Good references from previous leadership roles
•Documented experience and strong interest in engineering/design work for transmission projects
•Mercal experience with projects in 130–400 kV is a plus
