Key Responsibilities

  • •Implementing and managing advanced security systems such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management solution and proxies
  • •Integrating and maintaining security tools across on-premises and cloud platforms
  • •Identifying and implementing changes to optimise the incumbent security solutions to maximise the value of these investments
  • •Ensuring compliance with ACSC Essential 8, ASD ISM, and other governance standards
  • •Embedding security into applications and cloud environments through the development lifecycle

Key Requirements

  • •Cloud Security Certifications are required
  • •Deep understanding of firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection technologies
  • •Experience in cyber security, vulnerability management, and identifying risks and their mitigation strategies
  • •Experience with Network Identity and Access Management tools is highly desirable
  • •Understanding of governance frameworks, NIST 2.0 CSF, ASD ISM, ACSC Essential 8, ISO27001
