Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and further develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests with relevant value streams and program goals.
  • •Collaborate with business architects and delivery management to convert transformation requirements, business processes, and migration goals into comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios.
  • •Create a structured approach for test design, preparation, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure end-to-end coverage of bank processes, including dependencies and integration points across business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Moderate stakeholder workshops and coordinate testing activities across international and cross-functional teams, including readiness criteria and risk/coverage gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs in banking/financial services (e.g., Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Architect).
  • •Strong end-to-end banking process knowledge, including practical experience in at least two of: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Finance.
  • •Methodical expertise in test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Proven experience defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across multiple functional and technological domains.
  • •Experience with bank migrations and/or post-merger integration (PMI), ideally from a testing perspective.
