Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a 15-week rotational Graduate Training Program to build technical, business, and leadership skills for construction project management.
  • •After training, assume responsibilities as an Associate Contracting Project Manager, working on all aspects of construction project execution.
  • •Develop project plans, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track project process including scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent) and be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods through coursework, projects, related groups, or hands-on exposure.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major/frequent traffic violations (including specified offenses) within the last 3 years.
