Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical expert for AM LPBF and EBPBF technology in aerospace.
  • •Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing, post-processing, and inspection methods for additively manufactured components.
  • •Set up additive build files, troubleshooting, and process documentation; optimize for right-the-first-time outcomes.
  • •Lead AM product MRL reviews with customers and act as a design/process mentor to other engineers.
  • •Manage material and process characterization, own AM project MRLs across divisions, and support new machine implementation, safety, 5S, maintenance, and calibration.

Key Requirements

  • •HND in Mechanical Discipline.
  • •5 to 7 years of experience in machine shop and manufacturing engineering environments.
  • •Experience running metal additive manufacturing (AM) machines.
  • •CAD modeling experience using Solidworks or AutoCAD.
  • •Knowledge of mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) and application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
