Job Summary

Lead a hands-on fixed-term card migration program for Mastercard's key client, delivering end-to-end project delivery in a large transformation. Manage governance, risks, and stakeholder communication across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and external partners. Based in Port Moresby/Papua New Guinea with emphasis on delivering migration of client scheme cards to Mastercard in developing markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan aligned to program milestones, risk controls and customer outcomes.
•Manage KPI and milestones tracking, governance, RAID, and executive rhythm; surface trade-offs and recommendations for timely executive decisions.
•Collaborate across workstreams to ensure end-to-end project delivery within Mastercard and client processes.
•Act as the day-to-day Project Manager embedded within the client’s organisation, coordinating with stakeholders and delivery teams for seamless integration.
•Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Care, and external partners; manage interdependencies and communications to senior stakeholders.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
•Proven experience in Project Management within large-scale transformation programs
•Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in large transformation programs
•Strong stakeholder communication skills and highly organized with delivery focus
•Undergraduate degree with experience in project management and change management methodologies
