Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and develop design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects in conformance with codes and design criteria.
  • •Complete design assignments of moderate complexity, analyzing issues and proposing approaches for novel issues using independent judgment.
  • •Lead client-facing interactions including presentations, meetings, answering questions, and following up on issues.
  • •Prepare designs, presentations, and drawings using project specifications and discipline instructions, including familiarity with codes, permits, and related software applications.
  • •Support the construction process through field review, change orders, RFIs, and quality review while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 4 years of related interior design experience in commercial interior construction projects (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • •Intermediate MS Office Suite skills.
  • •US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects.
  • •NCIDQ or NCARB certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months).
