Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and manage purchase orders (POs) for indirect spend categories—ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with internal requirements.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT to source and procure goods and services that meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • •Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to achieve optimal value and support budget objectives.
  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s ERP system (Deltek Costpoint), including supplier data, PO tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • •Support supplier qualification and onboarding for indirect vendors, ensuring compliance with Shield AI’s standards and policies.
