Key Responsibilities

  • •Support production activities using PLM tools and connectors (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, ALTIUM, XPLM connector).
  • •Handle L2 and L3 support tickets for PLM-related issues and production incidents.
  • •Analyze technical issues involving AML, IOM, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and application logs, providing workarounds, RCA, and permanent fixes.
  • •Support package deployment, smoke testing, post-deployment validation, and go-live activities.
  • •Perform upgrade-related analysis and validation for Aras Innovator Release 35+ and coordinate with business, CM, PLM, infra, DBA, vendor, and integration teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • •+8 years of experience in PLM software support.
