Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and reporting are completed timely.
  • •Review gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest disclosures, third-party due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and testing; drive mitigation in partnership with stakeholders.
  • •Develop, implement and enhance compliance policies, procedures and SOPs to address evolving risks.
  • •Support development and delivery of compliance training programs and update e-learning materials.
  • •Promote a strong ethical culture through awareness campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in a compliance and ethics function (legal or risk) in multinational medium to large organizations.
  • •Proven ability to think proactively and develop solutions to advance the Compliance & Ethics program.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams and embedding compliance requirements into business processes.
