Job Summary

Senior-level Compliance & Ethics role based in Bangkok supporting Agoda’s global program. You will lead and support day-to-day compliance initiatives, review gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, third‑party due diligence, risk assessments and monitoring; develop policies and training; promote an ethical culture; and partner with Legal, Finance, Government Affairs, People and other stakeholders to embed compliance into business processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and reporting are completed timely.
•Review gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest disclosures, third-party due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and testing; drive mitigation in partnership with stakeholders.
•Develop, implement and enhance compliance policies, procedures and SOPs to address evolving risks.
•Support development and delivery of compliance training programs and update e-learning materials.
•Promote a strong ethical culture through awareness campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in a compliance and ethics function (legal or risk) in multinational medium to large organizations.
•Proven ability to think proactively and develop solutions to advance the Compliance & Ethics program.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams and embedding compliance requirements into business processes.
