Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed project plans and implement assigned A&A and Tenancy projects.
  • •Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget; maintain the master programme in MS Project.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage external consultants/contractors across design, procurement, and execution.
  • •Support tender scope and documentation, monitor tendering including bid evaluation and contractor selection, and support obtaining Macau permits and licenses.
  • •Oversee on-site construction activities, track budgets and report variances, maintain project records, and coordinate project handovers to Mall Management.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Building science, or a related discipline.
  • •5-8 years’ experience managing A&A, retail/F&B/mall projects in Macau.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
