Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate conventional machines and NC/CNC automatic chucking machines to perform machining operations for explosion-proof parts.
  • •Load parts into chucks/fixtures, initiate machining cycles, and remove machined parts while maintaining specified dimensions.
  • •Adjust, change, and reset tooling; load materials to ensure continuous equipment operation and maintain material flow through the cells.
  • •Inspect and measure parts using fixed/adjustable gauges and visual checks; correct discrepancies and assist with malfunctions in machining/control units.
  • •Perform TPM and 5-S activities, maintain accurate records (including standard work and load charts), and keep the work area and control units clean and orderly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.52 hourly
