Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive portfolio strategy and lead delivery for the EPTech Top of House portfolio, including EPTech ETB creation and execution.
  • •Automate routine portfolio processes using AI and modern tooling to improve reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Define the intake process, scope intakes, and facilitate tower-level prioritization and capacity management.
  • •Mitigate technology risk by managing risks and impediments and integrating security and compliance into the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Establish governance through dependency facilitation and lead Quarterly PI Planning readouts; align execution with business intent via OKR reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 8 years of project management experience.
  • •Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferred.
  • •9+ years of project management experience, preferred.
  • •PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification, preferred.
