Job Summary

Assist in assessing and managing the bank’s loan portfolio by providing analytical credit oversight. Own annual review and renewal processes, loan covenant compliance reviews, and the financial collection process for assigned credits. Partner with Relationship Managers to meet clients, gather financial data for underwriting, evaluate global cash flow, support loan pricing and structure, prepare credit presentation packages for approvals, and monitor industry trends and regulatory course compliance.

•Assess risk and provide credit oversight for an assigned loan portfolio, including notifying management of risk changes.
•Partner with Relationship Managers to meet clients and understand customer requirements, collecting financial data for underwriting.
•Prepare required financial spreads, credit presentation materials, narratives, relationship summaries, and loan pricing model packages for approvals.
•Assist in pricing and structuring new loans and renewals, and coordinate closing and booking events.
•Complete annual loan reviews and loan covenant compliance reviews, ensure renewal letters are sent, and maintain required regulatory course compliance status.
