Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of strategic commercial initiatives from planning and delivery tracking to post-implementation reviews.
•Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaigns and shared priorities are executed.
•Optimize the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP) using data and analysis focused on selection, affordability, and customer experience.
•Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge.
•Own strategic reporting for growth and CVP metrics and lead local rollout of cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in project management or commercial strategy roles.
•Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, using data to drive commercial outcomes; Looker experience is a plus.
•A pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate complex teams.
•A good understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling (preferred).
