Job Summary

Build and operate enterprise AI platform capabilities across software development, DevOps, deployment, observability, and security. Use AI-driven workflows to accelerate code creation, testing, performance tuning, deployment, and functional monitoring in zero-downtime environments. Own resiliency for critical systems, automate provisioning and configuration with infrastructure-as-code, and secure access via SSO using Entra while serving as a senior escalation path.

Key Responsibilities

•Use AI and agent workflows to build and operate the platforms the company runs on.
•Use AI throughout software development: code creation, unit/integration testing, performance optimization, deployment, and functional monitoring.
•Set standards and review processes for AI-generated code to ensure safe deployments.
•Use infrastructure-as-code to automate provisioning, configuration, identity, and recovery for the enterprise cloud platform.
•Own resiliency for critical systems, participate in 24/7 on-call coverage, and serve as a senior escalation path with code review and cross-training.

Salary: USD 117,500 - 206,700

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Operating production Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, and Mac using scripting and automated configuration management.
•Substantial experience planning, performance, monitoring, management, and cloud computing design.
•Hands-on cloud experience deploying IaaS and/or PaaS systems in Azure through automation.
•Experience with cloud networking and delivery tooling (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Argo) and security/identity practices (e.g., Entra).
