Own the build, delivery, and cloud transition of a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform and autonomous driving tools. Lead migration from local Docker deployments to a hosted, multi-tenant cloud, operate the platform with reliability and cost discipline, and implement security/compliance controls like tenant isolation and audit logging. Drive end-to-end build/release with GitLab CI/CD, multi-architecture container builds, and test/observability infrastructure, while supporting partner onboarding and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead migration of the MetaSDV platform from local Docker-based deployments to a hosted, multi-tenant cloud offering.
•Operate the cloud platform including capacity planning, SLOs, on-call rotation, cost discipline, backup/disaster recovery, and partner-grade reliability.
•Implement and maintain security and compliance controls such as tenant isolation, audit logging, secret/certificate lifecycle, and identity boundaries across environments.
•Own build and release engineering end-to-end with multi-layer containerized dev/CI environments, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, compiler caching, multi-architecture builds, and artifact publishing.
•Maintain test and observability infrastructure (E2E/integration/performance testing, logs/metrics/traces/dashboards) and provision partner-facing platform instances to support onboarding.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of production platform engineering/DevOps/build/release experience.
•Hands-on experience migrating a software product from on-prem/local Docker deployments to a hosted cloud.
•Hands-on experience operating cloud-hosted services with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Strong production experience with Docker and complex GitLab CI/CD (or comparable) pipelines, runners, and caching.
