Customer Experience Banker - West Lafayette, IN

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers by building and retaining consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and ensure transactions are processed accurately while balancing daily. Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships, all while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
