Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program governance and controlling across all BMP-related initiatives to ensure structured delivery and alignment with the global BMP program.
  • •Maintain a comprehensive portfolio overview of BMP activities, tracking status, milestones, dependencies, and interdependencies across Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • •Establish and maintain standardized processes, tools, templates, and reporting to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.
  • •Support budget tracking and financial controlling by monitoring spend against plan, flagging variances early, and defining/monitoring KPIs for leadership reporting.
  • •Lead risk and issue management, manage stakeholder engagement, coordinate external partners/vendors, and prepare steering committees and governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; project/program management certification is preferred.
  • •8–10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including 4–6 years in project or program governance/controlling within large-scale transformation programs.
  • •Proven ability to establish and run program governance and portfolio reporting using standardized processes, tools, and templates across multiple workstreams or geographies.
  • •Strong budget tracking, financial controlling, KPI monitoring, and risk/issue management with transparent, timely escalation.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders across departments and coordinating external partners/vendors in international, matrixed environments (Benelux exposure advantageous).
