Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and own business-critical data products that transform raw operational data into trusted, reusable datasets for analytics, experimentation, and machine learning.
  • •Develop scalable dimensional models, semantic layers, and dbt transformations that deliver consistent business logic and trusted metrics.
  • •Partner with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to translate ambiguous requirements into well-designed data products and ensure they evolve with the business.
  • •Establish best practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, lineage, and governance to improve trust, discoverability, and maintainability.
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve upstream data quality via data contracts, drive adoption of reusable data products, and mentor engineers through design reviews.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing and building production data solutions focused on analytics engineering, data modeling, or data product development.
  • •Expert-level SQL skills and experience designing dimensional models and analytical data structures for usability, performance, and maintainability.
  • •Professional experience building data transformation frameworks using dbt or similar tools.
  • •Strong understanding of semantic modeling, metric design, and data governance, with experience creating trusted business-facing datasets.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
