•Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights
•Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping optimize workflows and maximize platform value
•Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation, and educational materials
•Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and S&OP processes across the organization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including forecast generation, demand-supply collaboration, and S&OP processes
•Deep functional expertise in demand planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and planning systems
•Understanding of how demand planning connects to broader supply chain, finance, and commercial objectives
•Comfortable working with data and analytics tools
•Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
