Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or SRE roles, ideally helping scale early in the company/team.
  • •Deep expertise in at least one area: databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, observability, or application frameworks and runtimes.
  • •Ability to ground decisions in evidence (e.g., setting SLOs, prioritizing performance work, capacity planning, identifying bottlenecks, and understanding system failures).
