Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience in payment systems or banking.
  • •Preferably backend development experience (software engineering) and at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
  • •Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, communication skills, and experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
