Key Responsibilities

  • •Standardise and grow divisional Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation service line across the assigned cluster, ensuring efficiencies across applicable business units.
  • •Provide leadership on quality and governance of the service line.
  • •Support quality of clinical services in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • •Drive and integrate innovation and reposition and grow towards an integrated, collaborative R&P programme for the division.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and clinical stakeholders to develop and advance the programme.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, including at least 4 years in leadership responsibilities.
  • •Relevant experience in hospital operations.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, plus a current license to practice.
  • •BLS and ACLS certification.
  • •Licensed or eligible for licensure with the relevant UAE Health Authority as a Physiotherapist.
