  • •Develop and deliver sequenced, time-bound roadmaps and own workstreams within strategic initiatives.
  • •Create business cases and operational analyses tied to labor efficiency, throughput, and revenue protection; define and track success metrics.
  • •Engage cross-functionally to drive change adoption, influence partners without direct authority, and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements.

Key Requirements
