Job Summary

Own the post-sale Client Services relationship for Visa clients across issuers, acquirers, processors, fintechs, wallet providers, and merchants. Drive operational and optimization solutions to maximize adoption of Visa’s product portfolio, improve client performance in face-to-face and card-not-present environments, and enable new capabilities. Partner with Sales and Product teams to deliver value realization, manage escalations, and support client readiness through education and self-service tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee implementation of new Visa products purchased by clients, coordinating teams to improve implementation readiness, time to value, and adoption.
•Own overall post-sale Client Services relationships by executing forward-looking Client Success Plans and tracking client outcomes, adoption, and performance.
•Drive initiatives to improve client adoption of Visa products and use of self-service tools; stay current on market trends and Visa solutions to identify opportunities.
•Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, optimize performance, and provide escalation support for significant issues or crisis responses.
•Develop and deliver client education and training (including webinars) on Visa rules, mandates, and upcoming changes; lead periodic operational reviews.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree, or 11+ years relevant experience.
•Experience in a customer success or customer services role in financial services, payment cards, software, or information services.
•Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
•In-depth knowledge of the payment industry and analytical skills to synthesize data into business solutions.
•Ability to build client relationships, plan success using measurable actions, and communicate complex topics in business language tailored to clients.
