Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the IRE EMEA Investor Relations function with timely responses to institutional client requests for product materials.
  • •Assist in creating regular bespoke reports for selected clients in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • •Help maintain up-to-date RFP information and ensure investor information is accurately recorded in Investran, Viaduct, Salesforce, and client portals.
  • •Act as an assistant to the Investor Relations representative for one or more IRE funds, learning fund aspects and helping manage coordination across stakeholders.
  • •Maintain accuracy of client materials before distribution and help ensure global coordination and consistency with the wider Investor Relations and Product Management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Studying a degree in a subject related to real estate, business, economics, or similar.
  • •Proficient in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
  • •German and English required.
  • •Previous office environment experience would be an advantage.
  • •High motivation and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
