Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and build relationships with civic, advocacy, and community organizations across assigned markets.
  • •Build and manage distribution partnerships with civic organizations, nonprofits, and non-partisan entities across the state.
  • •Map the local nonprofit landscape and prioritize organizations with existing voter engagement infrastructure.
  • •Recruit and manage campus representatives within assigned markets and coordinate distribution moments tied to their calendars.
  • •Recruit organizations for endorsements and commentary, navigate approval processes, submit endorsement data, and track results in a specific CRM while providing feedback to the Marketing Team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43.89 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •An existing network of civic or advocacy contacts, ideally local/field-level.
  • •Comfortable initiating cold outreach and closing relationships independently with high outreach volume.
  • •Experience managing volunteers or interns.
  • •At least two cycles of campaign or advocacy work in organizing, field, political, comms, or marketing (digital or otherwise).
  • •Fluent and increasingly strategic AI experience; bilingual (English and Spanish) is a nice-to-have.
