Job Summary

Design, implement, and operate identity and access management (IAM) controls for the Pismo platform, ensuring compliance with Visa’s IAM technical security requirements. Partner with Cloud Security, Platform Engineering, API, DevSecOps, and GRC to embed least-privilege, zero-trust, and automation-first practices in a regulated, multi-tenant payments environment. Provide security and governance oversight for AI-enabled identity use cases and help build auditable, automated access models across multicloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and operate identity and access management controls for the Pismo platform while ensuring compliance with Visa IAM security requirements.
•Build secure, automated, and auditable access models for human and non-human identities across multicloud and hybrid environments.
•Embed least-privilege and zero-trust IAM practices across teams (Cloud Security, Platform Engineering, API, DevSecOps, and GRC).
•Provide security and governance oversight for AI-enabled identity use cases to ensure compliance with internal AI governance and GenAI/agentic system requirements.
•Automate IAM provisioning/de-provisioning, revalidation/certification, and remediation, integrating controls with CI/CD and IaC.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master’s/MBA/JD/MD; or 0 years with a PhD) or 8+ years relevant experience.
•8+ years of cybersecurity experience with deep specialization in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
•Proven experience designing and operating IAM across multicloud environments, including AWS and hybrid/federated cloud models.
•Ability to design scalable permission models using least-privilege, separation of duties, and support for human and non-human identities.
•Strong hands-on IAM automation experience integrating with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), including coding/scripting (e.g., Python) and use of APIs/SDKs.
