Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial and Pharma organizations.
•Act as a strategic advisor to executives on digital transformation, operational excellence, AI adoption, smart manufacturing, automation, sustainability and supply chain optimization.
•Identify, shape, and close consulting and transformation opportunities that create measurable business value for clients.
•Drive commercial growth of the Atos Amplify Consulting portfolio within the Private Sector in Belgium + Luxembourg.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term business impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Technology, Economics, or related field)
•15+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, or technology advisory in complex enterprise environments
•Proven experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharma or Industrial sectors with understanding of operational challenges and transformation priorities
•Strong professional network and credibility within the private sector to engage senior decision-makers
•Track record of growing consulting business, developing strategic client relationships, and winning complex transformation engagements
