Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior Relationship Managers with development and management of client relationships, including client briefings, pitch materials, meeting documentation, and call reports.
  • •Assist in identifying business opportunities and promoting relevant SMBC products and services with product partners across the Group.
  • •Support preparation of credit applications, business cases, and marketing plans in line with the bank’s credit strategy and client objectives.
  • •Act as a day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • •Coordinate KYC, AML, onboarding, loan closing, and other transaction-related processes with Compliance, Operations, Credit, and product teams.

Key Requirements
