Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations for equipment across assembly operations and the test department.
  • •Monitor and analyze tool data to improve and maintain performance, and address repetitive downs and tool-related issues.
  • •Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed, and prepare technical reports and solution recommendations.
  • •As a process technician, conduct technical tests/experiments, monitor and audit line operations, and provide guidance to line operators and engineering.
  • •As a product technician, troubleshoot and improve multi-probe test programs, evaluate issues, support manufacturing lots, and drive yield/root-cause improvements using wafer map and yield data.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a technical related field and/or equivalent Military Electronics training, or prior Technician experience in a wafer fab.
  • •Diploma in any technical related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years and above of working experience in relevant field.
  • •Troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • •Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
