Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Commercial Banking.
  • •Own and deliver client-facing experiences and APIs for business accounts, payments rails (Wires, ACH, FedNow), treasury capabilities, and related APIs.
  • •Lead 0→1 product development from discovery through launch and scale.
  • •Manage and grow a product team to drive roadmap and delivery as the business scales.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Business, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver the roadmap and translate constraints into product solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.
  • •10+ years of product management experience, including significant time in platform and B2B roles.
  • •Experience building and growing teams of product managers.
  • •Direct experience building commercial/business banking or payments products and deep knowledge of Wires and ACH systems.
  • •Experience launching regulated financial products at scale from within a Bank.
