Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast, including calendars, templates, working sessions, and consolidation
  • •Maintain and extend the three-statement financial model and support long-range planning and scenarios for key decisions
  • •Own departmental financial alignment through recurring budget, spend, and headcount review cadences with leaders
  • •Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities and produce plan-to-actual variance analysis with written commentary
  • •Improve and automate recurring reporting in Aleph and Omni to reduce manual effort and increase self-serve insights

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with exposure to an end-to-end planning cycle
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and the ability to turn complex financial data into usable insights
  • •Experience running annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts, including scenario modeling
  • •Strong business partnering skills, including handling difficult conversations with non-finance leaders
  • •Comfort building processes and systems when they don’t yet exist
