Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver functional capabilities for Credit Transformation products and initiatives focused on the credit assessment process.
  • •Draft and refine user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria.
  • •Prioritize and shape the product backlog in collaboration with Cluster/Chief/Product Owners and SMEs using Agile best practices.
  • •Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
  • •Support build/test and assist in implementation/rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT, and post go-live support.
