Chef de Partie

Own a designated kitchen section at Cromwell Hospital and prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals for patient dining, staff catering, private dining, meetings, hospitality services, and events. Maintain consistency, portion control, stock rotation, and waste management, and ensure excellent mise en place. Work across multiple outlets as volumes change, support menu specials with senior chefs, and mentor junior kitchen team members while following HACCP, allergen management, infection prevention, and health & safety procedures.
