Job Summary

Own Honeywell’s end-to-end B2B software license provisioning and renewals process, driving standardization across multiple software products. Serve as the primary IT driver for Flexera implementation and optimization, eliminating manual workarounds. Design and implement integrations between Flexera, SAP ECC, SAP S4, and other enterprise systems to automate license tracking, provisioning, and financial processes. Manage renewals and continuously improve workflows for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end customer license provisioning and renewal process for Honeywell’s B2B software portfolio.
•Standardize and consolidate disparate, manual license management processes into a unified framework across software products.
•Lead Flexera implementation and optimization by partnering with the Flexera service owner team and enforcing best practices.
•Design and implement integrations between Flexera, SAP ECC, SAP S4, and other enterprise systems to automate license tracking, provisioning, and financial processes.
•Manage renewals by tracking renewal dates, handling vendor/customer touchpoints, and reducing friction while ensuring accuracy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT experience focused on software license management, SAM tools, or related enterprise systems.
•Hands-on Flexera experience, including platform configuration, workflows, and best practices.
•Proven experience integrating SAP systems (ECC and/or S4) and managing data flows.
•Track record of driving process standardization in complex, multi-product environments.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
