Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end customer license provisioning and renewal process for Honeywell’s B2B software portfolio.
  • •Standardize and consolidate disparate, manual license management processes into a unified framework across software products.
  • •Lead Flexera implementation and optimization by partnering with the Flexera service owner team and enforcing best practices.
  • •Design and implement integrations between Flexera, SAP ECC, SAP S4, and other enterprise systems to automate license tracking, provisioning, and financial processes.
  • •Manage renewals by tracking renewal dates, handling vendor/customer touchpoints, and reducing friction while ensuring accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT experience focused on software license management, SAM tools, or related enterprise systems.
  • •Hands-on Flexera experience, including platform configuration, workflows, and best practices.
  • •Proven experience integrating SAP systems (ECC and/or S4) and managing data flows.
  • •Track record of driving process standardization in complex, multi-product environments.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
