Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the GCC Commercial & QS team supporting UK&I T&I projects, including resource planning, workload allocation, and delivery governance.
  • •Manage contract administration across projects using NEC/JCT (and FIDIC where applicable), including change control, variations, claims, and formal notices.
  • •Oversee RIBA Stage 0–4 cost planning (benchmarking, allowances, risk adjustments), BoQs aligned to NRM/CESMM, and support budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
  • •Manage cost, commercial risk, opportunities, and entitlement claims across the project lifecycle, including dispute resolution support and escalation processes.
  • •Integrate commercial activities with PMO processes and reporting by maintaining trackers/registers and aligning cost, schedule, and change impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •10+ years of QS / cost management / commercial experience, including ~5 years UK project exposure.
  • •Proven experience in UK–India delivery models and interfacing with UK stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT contracts, NRM and CESMM measurement standards, and RIBA Stage 0–4 cost planning.
  • •Experience in change control, CVRs, forecasting, procurement, and contract management; leading multi-project teams with delivery governance.
