Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Support distribution channel relationships and coordinate relevant business initiatives.
•Deliver one-on-one coaching to relationship managers to translate knowledge into practical skills, enhance insurance sales capabilities, and drive sustained performance growth.
•Train core competencies across the full sales process, including phone appointments, KYC, case solution and closing.
•Assist RM with Policy Review analysis and completion of Policy Review Reports to customers.
•Participate in customer events and training sessions, assist with pre-event preparations, provide on-site support, and conduct post-event evaluations and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

•Reasonable experience in sales force (5 years)
•Possess board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices
•Good influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate effectively in Putonghua.
•Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management
